ThoughtProject web site moved

We've begun the process of moving the project web site to the learning lab site - We've gone for a wiki based approach as it's simpler, and allows for more input from users.

It's also publicly available (but not publicly editable) at http://learninglab.lincoln.ac.uk/wiki/index.php/Institutional_Repository

Currently it's lost all the graphics but it continues to provide an overview of the project.
